These are the terms you agree to by using this page and by joining the list. They are short on purpose and written in plain words.
A place to register your interest in AAVATtype before it opens. It is not the product. Joining the list does not buy anything, does not create an account, and does not oblige you to buy anything later.
A personality profile drawn from established research, and a tool for understanding yourself. It describes how you think, how you decide and how you relate, and it shows the reasoning behind what it says.
It is not therapy. It is not medical, psychological or clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. It does not diagnose anything. A profile is a description, not a prediction. It should never be used to decide anyone's job, their place on a course, their access to a service, or any other opportunity, by us or by anyone else.

Please do not submit anyone else's email address, attempt to break, overload or probe the site, scrape it, or copy its content for your own product. Ordinary human use is welcome and nothing here is meant to make that awkward.
People on this list hear before we open. Pricing is always shown before you are asked to pay, and nothing is ever charged without you choosing it.
If you join from this list, the price you start on is the price you keep for as long as you stay with us. If we raise prices later, that rise does not reach you while your subscription continues without a break.
AAVATtype is still being built. We cannot promise a launch date, and we cannot promise the service will run without interruption. We may change, pause or discontinue parts of it. If a change affects something you have paid for, we will tell you.
The words, the design, the signature artwork and the method behind AAVATtype belong to us. Your answers and your profile belong to you. You are free to share your own profile anywhere you like.
If a paid product does not do what we said it would, tell us and we will refund you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Beyond those rights, AAVATtype is provided as it is, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us.
If we link somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is there.
We will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects you and we hold your email address, we will tell you.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it later. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
